And finally...
When your website is drafted... there's proof-reading, checking the navigation makes sense, checking the external web links work correctly, checking for factual accuracy...
Some of the above need to be repeated periodically (link checking for example) and some are only relevant at the time new content is added.
If at all possible make sure that at least two people are involved in the process of adding new content - a fresh pair of eyes is invaluable for checking purposes.
