Youth and Children

Providing content for this part of the website is a task likely to be delegated to your children's / youth leaders. Your presentation should be attractive and to the point. Take care not to make it tacky or patronising by trying too hard to be child-friendly. If you've got a thriving creche, don't forget to mention that as well, somewhere on your site.

If your church is blessed by having plenty of youth / children's work going on, and you're using a suitable Content Management System for your website, you may delegate the writing of these pages to others - perhaps to a member of the youth group. (In this context, a suitable Content Management System is one which allows others to author pages but includes an approval process before publishing.)

Having videos / photos / write-ups of youth activities done by the participants themselves is to be encouraged if it's at all practical, for a variety of reasons.
